Training and Placement Department of the college has become strategic role player than just amere functional department by playing a more proactive role in meeting the challenges of external environment dynamics due to policy changes and job market scenario. The T & P Department of Pt. L. R. Group of Institutions is a team of experienced& hard core professionals. We continuously strive to help students inpursuing their career goals via regular inter action with corporate professionals through Seminars and Workshops. We have also tied up with various employ ability platforms to provide maximum placement opportunities. We believe that entrepreneurship is the key that can unlock India's latent inventive potential, for this an entrepreneurship cell has been established under National Level Entrepreneurship Development Organizations to encourage self employment model.The T & P Department has close interaction with students for their assessment, evaluation and development to enable them to meet the challenges of recruitment process. For this the Departmental so arranges and facilitates industry authorized test which are recognised by amajorsegment of industries and companies.

Industrial training plays a significant role in continuous upgradation of the skill-set of the students to keep the mabreast of the latest development sand requirements of the corporate house. The T& P Department facilitates 2 months as well as 6 months compulsory industrial training inreputed corporate for the students and arranges for their suitable placements in big and medium sector enterprises.It also provides guidance& support to the students for Summer Training and Projects. The Department endeavours to provide the students a platform to show case their academic abilities and technical skills to a wide range of industries and companies so that they may get a suitable jobs. Apart from the training the main objective of T & P department is toarrange on Campus/Off Campus recruitment Drives to the Passed and Passing out students.
