Our Training & Placement Department is constantly working towards the ultimate goal of the student’s employment in Industries or to help them begin a business venture in which they achieve phenomenal success. The Training and Placement Department of the college has become a more strategic role player than just a mere functional department by playing a more proactive role in meeting the challenges of external environment dynamics due to policy changes and job market scenarios—the T&P Department of Pt. L. R. Group of Institutions is a team of experienced & hardcore professionals. We continuously strive to help students pursue their career goals via regular interaction with corporate professionals through Seminars and Workshops. We have also partnered with various employability platforms to provide maximum placement opportunities. Entrepreneurship is the key to unlocking India’s latent inventive potential; for this, an entrepreneurship cell has been established under National Level Entrepreneurship Development Organizations to encourage the self-employment model. The T&P Department has close interaction with students for their assessment, evaluation and development to enable them to meet the challenges of the recruitment process. The Department also arranges and facilitates industry-authorized tests recognised by a significant segment of industries and companies.

Empowering Careers: Industrial Training and Placement Opportunities for Skill Enhancement

Industrial training plays a significant role in the continuous gradation of the skill-set of the students to keep them abreast of the latest developments and requirements of the corporate house. The T&P Department facilitates two months and six months of compulsory industrial training in reputed corporate for the students and arranges for their suitable placements in big and medium sector enterprises. It also provides guidance & support to the students for Summer Training and Projects. The Department endeavours to provide the students with a platform to showcase their academic abilities and technical skills to a wide range of industries and companies so that they may get suitable jobs. Apart from the training, the main objective of the T&P department is to arrange Campus/Off Campus recruitment Drives for the Passed and Passed out students. Our previous year’s students were placed with reputed companies.
